SHIPPING
- Your order above $30 ships free, and below $29.99 ships for $3.
- Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and your package will arrive in 3-8 business days.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information upon shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We want to ensure that you are satisfied! Please reach out to our team via our contact form or email hello@otellacool.com to discuss your request.
- We have a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Though a rare occurrence, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
- Shipping costs back to us will not be refunded unless your order was damaged.
- Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you prefer, we are also happy to provide store credit.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
