We recommend 1-5 sprays to the back of the neck to start, followed by spraying your pulse points. The cooling effect intensifies over the first few minutes of use. With its' clean ingredients, you can feel comfortable using as much as you need.

Our product is safe for all skin types, but we recommend performing a patch test before incorporating any new product into your regimen:

1. Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm,
